International deliveries may be subject to customs delays beyond our estimated timeframes.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all components and manuals included. Any item showing signs of use, assembly, modification, or wear will be rejected and not eligible for a refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact RUINAX Support for a return authorization and label.
2. Repack the product securely in the original box.
3. Ship within 7 days after receiving the return label.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Additional Terms:

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
• Items returned without all original packaging or components may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
• RUINAX reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this return policy.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel:

1. Contact our support team immediately with your order number.
2. Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email.
3. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Additional Terms:

• Orders that have entered production, fulfillment, or shipping cannot be cancelled.
• Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable once processing begins.
• If an order has shipped, it may be eligible for return under our standard Return Policy after delivery.
• RUINAX reserves the right to refuse or delay cancellations for orders already in transit or awaiting carrier pickup.
