Coverage

1-Year Limited Warranty from delivery date covering manufacturer defects on non-wear parts. Replacement or repair at RUINAX's discretion.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper assembly, consumables (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, scratches).

How to File a Claim

  1. Message us via Contact page, please prepare with order number, photos/video.
  2. Describe issue and troubleshooting done.
  3. RUINAX replies within 2 business days.

After Approval

RUINAX may send replacement or request inspection. Customer pays shipping if not defect-related.

Order number, photos/video, contact info.
